Weekend Care Policies

Hours of Operation
Weekend care is available by appointment only.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of Drop-Off but you are welcome to pay in advance. All payments are made through Zelle using payment links sent to you via email once your timeslot has been confirmed.

Late payments may result in denied future bookings.

Late Pick-Up
A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time.

Illness Policy
For the safety of all children, please do not bring your child if they have:

If a child becomes ill during care, parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.

Safety & Emergency Care
In case of emergency, I will contact you immediately. If necessary, emergency services will be contacted.

Personal Belongings
Please label all items. Divine Scholars is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Behavior Expectations
Children must be able to participate safely in a group setting. Persistent unsafe behavior may result in early pick-up.

Photo & Media
Photos may be taken for activity documentation or promotional use only with parent permission.

Agreement
By enrolling in weekend drop-in care, you agree to all policies listed above.
