Hours of Operation
Weekend care is available by appointment only. I am limited to 10hours per week so please keep that in mind.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in advance or at drop-off. Accepted forms of payment: Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of Drop-Off!
Late Pick-Up
A late fee of $5 will be charged for every 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time.
Illness Policy
For the safety of all children, please do not bring your child if they have:
-Fever within the last 24 hours
-Vomiting or diarrhea
-Contagious illnesses
If a child becomes ill during care, parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
Safety & Emergency Care
In case of emergency, I will contact you immediately. If necessary, emergency services will be contacted.
Personal Belongings
Please label all items. Divine Scholars is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Behavior Expectations
Children must be able to participate safely in a group setting. Persistent unsafe behavior may result in early pick-up.
Photo & Media
Photos may be taken for activity documentation or promotional use only with parent permission.

Divine Scholars Early Learning is a cashless facility offering flexible weekend childcare by reservation.
Payment Policy
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of drop-off unless prepaid in advance.
Please note:
Advance payment is strongly recommended to guarantee and secure your child’s reservation.
Unpaid reservation requests may be released based on scheduling availability and demand.
Limited weekend spots are available and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We understand that military family schedules and obligations may change unexpectedly.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled care time may receive a credit toward a future reservation.
Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show reservations are non-refundable if payment was submitted in advance.

To ensure safety, accuracy, and efficient recordkeeping, Divine Scholars Early Learning operates as a 100% cashless childcare program.
We do not accept:
Cash
Checks
Money Orders

Tuition payments are accepted via: Zelle
Payment instructions, including our Zelle information and QR code, are provided during enrollment and are also available on our website.
Please include your child's first and last name in the payment memo for all electronic payments.
A digital payment confirmation will be provided for every payment received. Payment records and annual tuition statements are available upon request.

Tuition is paid in advance for childcare services.
Families may choose one of the following payment schedules during enrollment:
Monthly — Due on the 1st of each month
Bi-Monthly — Due on the 1st and 15th of each month
All tuition payments must be received before care is provided on the scheduled due date.
If a payment due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment must be received on the preceding Friday.
There is no grace period for tuition payments.

Tuition reserves your child's enrollment space and is due regardless of attendance, including:
Illness
Vacation
Family absences
Federal Holidays
Provider holidays outlined in the Parent Handbook
Program closures where tuition is still contractually required
Enrollment space cannot be guaranteed without timely payment.

Failure to pay tuition as agreed may result in:
Late payment fees
Suspension of childcare services
Immediate termination of the childcare contract if payment is not received and no prior written payment arrangement has been approved
Parents experiencing unforeseen financial hardship are encouraged to communicate with the Provider before the payment due date. Any payment arrangements must be made in advance and approved in writing.
